Store Activity Log
A centralized audit trail for your Shopify store. See what changed, when, to which resource, what the value was before and after, and — wherever Shopify exposes it — who made the change.
What it records
- Field-level diffs — price 499.00 → 459.00, not “product updated”.
- Products, variants, inventory, collections, orders, discounts, content, metaobjects, locations and store settings.
- Theme file changes, detected by checksum comparison, with a real code diff.
- Source attribution — Shopify Admin, an application, Shopify itself, or an honest Unknown when Shopify exposes nothing.
What it deliberately does not do
- It does not store customer names, addresses, contact details or payment information.
- It does not invent an actor. Shopify exposes no identity for many kinds of change, and those are labelled Unknown rather than guessed.
- It does not claim coverage it lacks — a Monitoring Coverage page inside the app spells out every blind spot.
